Magento is known for being horrible when it comes to CMS features, and it’s lack of Menu management capabilities only made things worse.
This is why it was always a good idea pairing it with WordPress so that you can have powerful eCommerce, and still have perfect publishing platform.
However, not all eCommerce solutions integrate with other CMS platforms to achieve easy content manipulation and menu management.
If you are like most of our clients, you probably realised you are unable to edit menus without knowing HTML, and you don’t.
To be honest, you shouldn’t! It is your job to run Magento store and handle sales, it is our job to know HTML.
But something like this shouldn’t even be an issue. You shouldn’t have to call your developers asking them to change menu just because you can’t do it.
So we came up with a solution! An easy one.
We really loved WordPress menus and how they are easy to use.
Menus should be sortable, they should be possible to nest and make as many submenus as you want to.
So we figured… we are Magento Experts, we should build similar tool for simple menu management for Magento.
So we did.
We made by far the simplest solution for manipulating menus in Magento.
We tested it out with our client’s websites and when we were 100% sure it was intuitive and easy to use, we decided to publish it.
Here you can see it in action:
And now — the best part…
Our goal is having 1.000 stores using this plugin by the end of 2015.
So, we decided to offer free professional setup and installation of this plugin on any store who’s owner contact us until the end of 2015!
[UPDATE: We did it! 1.000+ Magento stores are now having easy menu management.]
